Lucy Sosa provides professional multi-disciplinary services. Specific terms apply to each:
Tax Preparation: Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete financial information. We are not liable for penalties, interest, or legal action resulting from omitted or false information provided by the client.
Notary Services: We provide notarization strictly in accordance with Maryland state laws. We reserve the right to refuse notarization if identity cannot be verified, if the signer appears coerced, or if the documents are incomplete.
Interpreting & Translation: Quotes and timelines are estimates based on the provided scope of work.
Deposits: Certain services (including Interpreting and Wedding Officiant services) require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking date and time.
Payments: Remaining balances are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise outlined in a specific client agreement.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucy Sosa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
